The Video Game Girl appears in "What is Life?" in Ice King's video game, Battle Babe. Ice King apparently has difficulty controlling her when trying to kill the antagonistic frog that shoots magic missiles at her.

Like everything else in the game, she is black with a green outline. She has waist-length hair, and she wields a medium-length two-handed sword. She also wears a tiara similar to Princess Bubblegum's.

- Ice King refers to the warrior as "my babe."
- Her clothes and sword slightly resemble those of Princess Bubblegum in "Reign of Gunters."
