Okay so the species for Princess Bubblegum is listed as Candy person, right? Same for Lemongrab and everyone else.
But... if Princess Bubblegum and the Gum Hive were not created the same way as candy people... do they still count as the same species?
Of course, they're people made out of candy, which is enough, but they're not from the same source. They're mutated gum - I don't believe any scientists poured potions on them or made them out of zombies or whatever crap happened for PB to create Candy People.
I think that, as the series goes on, we'll be able to draw our conclusions better, but what do you think?
