Turtle Announcer makes his first appearance in "Daddy-Daughter Card Wars" and provides commentary for the 59th Card Wars Doubles Classic.
Appearance
Turtle Announcer takes the form similar to the other turtle people, such as anthropomorphism and being different shades of green and brown. He does possess differences, one being wrinkles under his neck, and having a buzzcut with blonde hair, similar to Turtle Princess's blonde hair. He wears dark grey glasses that have opaque white lenses.
