PB Speaking German[]

The "Episode Connections" mentions only two previous episodes in which Princess Bubblegum speaks German. Are we not counting her answering the phone at the end of "The Vault" (as mentioned in that episode page's Trivia section), since she technically could have just been speaking English with a German accent (the words in both languages being nearly the same)?
