Dont they always do this? Like, we had to wait for ages until Breezy came out.
Why haven't we seen any previews of "Evergreen" yet? In any way, when did production for the episode start?
Also, do you have any source for the airdate? We need some citation. Also, I'm not sure that anyone here knows when production started. (correct me if i'm wrong) After we save the world, we should take up a life of crime! 16:05, September 20, 2014 (UTC)
Well, if Ghost Fly is airing October 28, than wouldn't that mean Evergreen is airing before that episode? Since Evergreen is the next episode in line for the series, It would be pretty stupid to air an episode that's suppose to come after a different one instead.(Do note I am new to the fandom and don't know how Adventure Time airs their episodes.)
Nothing is airing on the 9th. I just checked the schedule on CN's website. Ghost Fly will be the first episode back from the hiatus. After we save the world, we should take up a life of crime! 15:40, October 4, 2014 (UTC)
We don't need to keep adding that this is the second non-genderbent episode without Finn and Jake. There hasn't been any previews yet and there is STILL no air date... Just be patient and wait until it airs please... IHeartJaketheDog (talk) 03:55, September 2, 2014 (UTC)
- I went ahead and protected the page. If someone has something legitimate to add, leave a note here. —Bellamybug (talk) 04:02, September 2, 2014 (UTC)

Previous / Next episodes
I'm adding this here because wynaut lol
Apparently according to Wikipedia, the episode order goes Ghost Fly, Everything's Jake, Evergreen, The Mountain, Jermaine, and then Astral Plane. Can someone add this to the page or something?dave strider // knight of time 02:18, November 8, 2014 (UTC)
This episode has already aired in Brazil @ cartoon network, i cant add much because i didn't watch it entirely, but i could catch the last minutes. I cant seem to find it anywhere online tho.
As of what i got from cartoon network's log, it aired exactly at 22:02:27 (GMT -3:00)
The line is exactly like this:
20141110\210227\211311\HORA DE AVENTURA\HORA DE AVENTURA\ESTADOS UNIDOS\2014\Em uma era distante, o mago Evergreen sai em uma missão para salvar o mundo.\04\12 ANOS\
November the 10th of 2014 / from 21:02:27 to 21:13:11 / Show: Adventure Time. / Episode Adventure Time (it doesn't say its evergreen) / Origin: United States. / Synopsis: In a distant age, the wizard Evergreen goes on a mission to save the world. / 04 is proabably a code for episode of whatever show the line is about, as it appears in others aswell / rated 12+.
The plot (of what i could watch) is that Evergreen was trying to save the world from a meteor/comet, to do so he somehow got a magical crown that would grant the first wearer's biggest wish. They entered some magma cave for some reason (i was busy at the time), Evergreen himself couldn't wear the crown and wish for the meteor's extinction. So he asked Gunther (a green worm-like creature) to do so. context: Evergreen was Gunther's master, and promissed to teach him magic, but never did, because he always said he was too busy or that Gunther wasn't worthy of it. Gunther then placed the crown on his head, while Evergreen constantly told him to wish for the meteor to be gone, but he still wanted to be a wizard more than anything, thus the crown granted him his wish, transforming him into the Ice King (Gunther), he then froze the whole place while repeatedly saying "No, Gunther! No, Gunther!". While the transformation was ongoing, Evergreen realised his mistake when he told Gunther to use spells to help him Focus, but soon after remembered he never taught him to do so.
After that, the Ice King (Simon) wakes up saying "No Gunther!" and sees his penguins looking at him in terror, without realising what happened he asked them if there was anything wrong with him, or something on his hair/nose/whatever.
Thanks for your contribution, I've seen the episode (in english, because the dub is junky) and got the "missing parts":Evergreen (the master) tried to convince other elementals (of candy, slime and fire, as he was the ice elemental) to help him avoid the comet, which they denied, then, evergreen , gunter(dinosaur) and nina(gunter's pet) went on a search for three magic rubies, in order to make the crown work... After a while, the find the magma caves, where they get the rubies...(note: gunter call itself "evergreen" after putting the crown on, and is the one taught to be the evergreen wizard in the storyboard)

Evergreen (The REAL Episode)
Check out the Evergreen Episode:
I found it awhile ago when I searched the internet. Might be real.
NOTE: It's on English :)

- As I said above, DO NOT ADD LINKS TO EPISODES.
I watched this episode when it aired in Latin America.
The complete list of characters which appear in the episode is as follows;
Slimy D (Voiced by JG Quintel)
I thin Ergence Evergreen image is Gunter who has turned into an "ice king" after wearing the crown.

this page is still locked!!!
We know that. This is an American wiki, however. There are some exceptions, though. The page is also locked to avoid speculation, spoilers, etc. dave strider // knight of time 12:17, December 12, 2014 (UTC)
"The story of Master Evergreen, and his young assistant, Gunter, during the prehistoric era, long before the Mushroom War."
s'what wikipedia has down, should we
A) put this on the page
B) rename Evergreen (character) to Master Evergreen or is that just a title or whAT dave strider // knight of time 15:33, December 13, 2014 (UTC)
Actually, Evergreen says his first name in the beginning of the episode. I'm not fully sure what he's saying, however. We could just rename his page to his name when the episode comes out. dave strider // knight of time 18:37, December 19, 2014 (UTC)
Comment —I can put the synopsis provided, but we cannot rename the page until the episode is released.21:17, December 19, 2014 (UTC))
- That's fine. Other characters refer to him as "Ergence Evergreen" but I dont know how its actually spelled, that's just how it sounds. Also, I fully expected for you to not rename it until the episode airs. dave strider // knight of time 21:40, December 19, 2014 (UTC)
Its December 31, 2014 I see this epispde has been going around for a couple months now, has it even aired in the U.S. yet?! I thought for sure i'd notice if it did. I dont think it has, has it? Just checkin', thankies! :P Youngauthorgirl99 (talk) 01:57, January 1, 2015 (UTC)youngauthorgirl99 is very confused rite nowww
- This type of discussion belongs in the forums. Please keep talk page posts to about only improving the article itself. But no, it hasn't aired in the U.S. yet. —Bellamybug (talk) 02:03, January 1, 2015 (UTC)
The episode has been aired in Brazil and possibly other countries as well. We do not have any information about the episode on the page because it has not aired in the U.S. yet. I heard the airdate was in January, but I'm not sure if that's true, and I also don't have a specific date. IT WILL AIR EVENTUALLY. dave strider // knight of time 03:13, January 1, 2015 (UTC)
http://www.cartoonnetwork.com/shows/adventuretime/characters/index.html If you click on "Watch full episodes online," it drops down the schedule and you'll see that Evergreen's airdate is January 15. Someone should add that. 16:47, January 2, 2015 (UTC)
With the appearance of the comet seen during the episode, I would have to say that the comet has a relationship with the Lich, as both the Lich possess horns (or or horn-like constructs, in the comet's case) as well as the same coloration of flames (or flame magic, in the Lich's case). In "The Chamber of Frozen Blades", Finn and Jake learn hand movements ("frijitsu") that produce ice: https://youtu.be/QLNzzU08B-Y?t=55s
Evergreen makes hand movements to do the same: https://youtu.be/AGIHya-I00g?t=2m
Good for an episode connection?
