The Royal Congressional Hall is a location in the Land of Ooo, located in the Bad Lands, and was first featured in "The Duke." This is where important meetings and events such as the Grand Meeting of Ooo Royalty and the Back-Rubbing Ceremony take place. In "The Other Tarts," it is shown that there is a Royal Tart Path that leads from the Candy Kingdom to the Royal Hall.
