Below are a list of pups who appeared in a short series of illustrations made by Steve Wolfhard called "Every Pup Has A Power".
According to the subtitles on these works, it appears that the power these Pups have at birth (post-Pup #7006) are taken by Gibbon. While Gibbon’s powers are specifically titled “stolen!” implying some action removed his natural abilities.

They appear to be a standard pup with a tall, white body, a circular tail, rainbow make up around their eyes, and a pink horn.
Holy [Crap]!
This ability allows raisin to have their horn become a giant black spiral and their body becomes larger and covered in rainbows. During the Transformation, an explosion is created, eliminating all beings around them.
