The palm branches are seen in the episode "Morituri Te Salutamus." The Fight King gives some to Finn and Jake after they defeat two of his Gladiator Ghosts. Finn later gets another one for defeating other Gladiator Ghosts.

Unlike normal palm branches, the ones Finn and Jake receive look like twigs. Typical palm branches have a straight stem with slender leaves.
Trivia[]
- The gift of the palm branch after battle reflects the practice of giving a similar plant to the winning gladiator in the Ancient Roman Empire.
- Palm branches are normally inedible, but Finn eats a branch without negative effects on his body.
