Ni'Rah is an alien world inhabited by Warren Ampersand, first seen through a portal in the episode "Joshua and Margaret Investigations". This world and Earth is connected through a bubbling dimension through Warren's portals.
It is revealed in "Jake the Starchild" that Ni'rah is actually a small barren planet covered by the illusion of a living blue planet through Warren's advanced transformation abilities.
