The Royal Medal for Heroic Bravery was first seen in "From Bad to Worse," when Princess Bubblegum presented it to Science the Rat at the Royal Day of Apologizing. It is unknown if Science was the only one to ever receive this award, or if there are more medals.

The medal is gold with a blue strap. Close up, a thumbs-up can be seen on it.
