Meat Man is a character Jake mentions many times in "Hitman". Very little is known about him and what he looks like other than that he is most likely made entirely out of meat, and that he has the ability to donate meat from his body for Finn and Jake to eat.
In "Hitman", Finn wonders if taking his meat hurts him when they are making sandwiches that had his meat in it, but Jake says that he does not know since he cannot read his mind. Later in the episode, Jake talks in his sleep while dreaming and mentions Lady Rainicorn and Meat Man. He says "Rainicorn don't eat him." and "Meat Man. I'm sorry, Meat Man. I didn't mean it, man," which most likely means he has grown repentant of eating Meat Man's meat.
Meat Man was never seen in any episode, though he would not be the only creature made out of meat; Hot Dog People are also be a notable example.

- In "The Jiggler", Finn draws what he calls "meat" on a piece of paper. Since it has a face, this could be a picture of Meat Man.
- In "Jake vs. Me-Mow", Wildberry Princess has a pile of meat, and one of the "slices" has a face on it.
- The same piece of meat is also seen in the fountain in "Furniture & Meat".
