Her first major television exposure was her role as Stephanie Gooch in Scrubs and later as Shelley in Raising Hope and Raj's girlfriend Lucy in The Big Bang Theory. She and fellow guest star Riki Lindhome perform the musical comedy duo Garfunkel and Oates. For Adventure Time she provides the voices of Wendy in episode "Heat Signature" and Chips in episode "Chips and Ice Cream" alongside Riki, who is Ice Cream in the same episode, making this one of the few times a duo or team has co-starred in an episode. She also voices Sadie in Rebecca Sugar's series, Steven Universe, as well as its epilogue series Steven Universe Future.
