Joe Horne is an American animator, artist, and director. He, along with Doug TenNaple, storyboarded the Adventure Time episode, "The Glorriors." Unfortunately, this episode was scrapped.

Joe Horne is best known for being the creator of the MTV animated series Stevie and Zoya. Joe has had other notable animated works in the past. These include "Sonic The HedgeHog (1994)," "The Boondocks", "Class of 3000," and "The Baby Huey Show."
