Jelly Canders are Candy People who are thrown on the Candy Kingdom Palace's ceiling as decorations for the Biennial Gumball Ball. Prince Gumball claims their not alive, but they can be seen trying to talk. Cake calls them boogers, though she may have actually said "buggers" due to Roz Ryan's accent.
