Jelly Canders are Candy People who are thrown on the Candy Palace's ceiling as decorations for the Biennial Gumball Ball. Prince Gumball claims they're not alive, but they can be seen trying to talk. Cake calls them boogers, though she may have actually said "buggers" due to Roz Ryan's accent.
