Jacques the Raccoon is a fictional character created by the Ice Queen in her fan-fiction, intended to be a gender swapped version of Cake. He is presumably Flynn's adoptive brother, as that is the relationship of their genderswaps.

Jacques is a raccoon with brown fur. His face looks much like a raccoon version of Cake's face, and he has a bushy, striped tail.
