J.G. Quintel (born September 13, 1982) is an artist, writer, actor, director, and producer, and the creator of Regular Show, on which he voiced Mordecai and Hi-Five Ghost. He was the creative director of The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack for its first season, and part of its second before he was replaced by John Infantino. He also worked on Camp Lazlo. Between his time on Flapjack and Regular Show, Quintel co-wrote the Adventure Time episode "Ocean of Fear" with his former Flapjack co-worker Cole Sanchez.
He provided the voice of the Blue Jay (as an homage to Mordecai) in the flashback scene in BMO's story in "Ketchup."
