Ice-o-pede appears in "What is Life?," where Ice King is seen riding it and commands the Ice-o-pede to attack Finn. However, after going berserk, it attacks Ice King instead. It is defeated when Neptr hits it with pies filled with boysenberries and poison, causing it to crash into a wall where it dies, as he and Finn escape on the Balloons.
Appearance
Ice-o-pede resembles a centipede made out of ice, and has 3 laser guns attached to its sides, a total of 9 segments, including the head, a pair of legs in each segment except for the one prior the head, which have 2 pairs, making a total of 18 legs. It also has two large mandibles which can possibly crush a human skull and two rings, one in both sides of the head, to attach the reins so it can be mounted. He attacked his own master.
Trivia
- Ice-o-pede is a portmanteau of ice and centipede or millipede.
- Ice king calls it his "semi-loyal pet.", for while it obeys most of his orders, it also attacked him once, this is also implied when Finn is trapped on the Ice-o-pede's jaws and the Ice King commands it "Crush him! Crush him like you crush me!" .
- During the scene where Ice-o-pede is shot with poison pies by Neptr, he makes a roar sounding like Godzilla.
