The Guild of Assassins is an organization mentioned in "Jake vs. Me-Mow." According to its name, it is an organization composed of assassins.

Me-Mow is a second-class assassin in the organization. In order to be promoted to full membership, Me-Mow must assassinate a princess. She takes a hit on Wildberry Princess and sends her a death threat stabbed to her door.
