I saw a theory contemplating the whereabouts of Ooo, It clearly isn't in america as the globe seen in many episodes Has a crater in it (right where america should be)
This made me think, It rains a lot in Ooo, which is similar in britain. Also there are decidious forests (which rules out all tropical Countries) Guliod had a british child accent. Remebering Guliod was a new creation that had NOT been mutated, Like everyone else. This also made me remember Finn, who may've gotten His accent from his adoptive parents.
Central London is most likely Ice kingdom, if you remember the Episode with the secret tapes where Simon Petrikov is seen inside , Outside his window you can see buildings that looked awfully like Buildings in London. Which all turn to Ice as simon is talking.

Yes, I do think that Ooo is situated in Europe, or most likely, UK, also.
But you need to contemplate whether it is London, or a different city in the UK. It could be Manchester, or any major city in the UK. I guess it probably would be London though.

I like the theory, but here are some pictures from "I Remember You" and "Simon and Marcy" that don't match the theory.
Besides these pictures, I have another reason why it may be San Francisco. The creators of the show live near San Francisco, so they know the place well, and have pa personal attachment to it. Other TV shows have done this type of thing (using San Francisco as the main location). One famous example is the TV series and movie series, Star Trek. In Star Trek, the headquarters for Star Fleet is San Francisco. All of the filming locations in TOS is in San Francisco and California.

This is what I have so far. I have a theory that Ooo may be Africa, but I don't know. There's also the "celestial alignment (Northern Lights Rooftop Party)" from Power Animal, which may be an aurora.
