Little stars on the top right corner would denote that an article is either now or at one time has been a Featured Article, this is pretty much just a status thing to show that the article is good enough to have been featured and this way an article won't be featured more than once... if that is what is wanted, it doesn't have to stop it from happening though. See here for what I mean, I guess they added a few other things since a couple years ago... like what nation she affiliates herself with and whatnot and even moved the star to the left for some reason... but the example is still valid. felinoel ~ (Talk) 20:41, June 7, 2011 (UTC)
