Ok. can someone explain to me... in "his hero" at the end theres a ghost version of billy nodding... is that hinting that the lich already killed him and thats the ghost aproving... or is it just pizzaze that cartoons have? i think im wrong but i have to bring up the idea cuz im awsome like that...
