Alright. I've been rewatching episodes of AT and made a theory: In the episode "Finn the Human", Prismo is explaining to Jake about his wishes. He says that the user's wish sends them to the alternate reality their wish created. Now, in "Jake the Dog", Jake uses his wish to change the Lich's wish from 'extinction of all life' to 'for Finn and Jake to go home'. This means that Jake gets sent into an alternate reality created by his wish, meaning that the 'real' Finn is still in his alternate reality, and possibly dead. Meaning, the episodes after are only occuring in a split reality or timeline from the 'original' reality or timeline, and the Farmworld and Lich's timeline still exists and Prismo is viewing this whole reality made by Jake. That is a very big theory.
