Nearly all inhabitants of Ooo are mutants. After the Mushroom War, the inhabitants of earth were either killed or mutated (Unknown how many humans went unchanged). Centuries after the war, the surviving mutants have populated Ooo with the many bizarre species we see.[1] As revealed in "Come Along With Me", mutation appears to originate with GOLB's breath.
