Everplant is a cosmic entity that appears in the Fionna and Cake episode "Cheers", who was freed by Cake during a battle against Scarab in Fionna's world. While attacking Scarab, Everplant said, "Well, if it isn't Mister 'Entomb His Coworker for Stealing Office Supplies'!" implying that the infraction which Scarab deemed meriting that entombment was the theft of said office supplies.
When Scarab burst free from Perry the Living Island of Insight, he was covered in red blood, and holding Za'baby's body by the limp and bloodied anglerfish-like appendage. However, Everplant's body was not in evidence, leaving this character's fate undetermined.
Appearance[]
Everplant's main body is a cream-colored, lumpy mass, with some lumps having pale pink spots in the center. Two stocky leg-like stumps protrude from the bottom of the main body, and two much thinner appendages which emerge from its sides appear to serve as arms. All four of Everplant's limbs fade from cream to lime green, and end in some kind of circular golden caps, or rings. A more obviously stem-like protrusion grows from the top center of Everplant's main body, with rounded oval leaves growing from it at regular intervals. The stem fades to a nearly-white pale green at its furthest point from the main body, and in this pale green area is nestled in a light pink orb with a white shine. Because Everplant points this pink orb at Scarab's face when speaking to him, it seems to function partially as an eye; but because Everplant also smacks him in the face with it, it can reasonably be assumed that it is at least not as sensitive as one.
