Dr. J first appears in "Apple Thief." He is apparently a big figure for diamonds, or apples, as the "ne'er-do-wells" call them in code. He is the leader of a gang who is opposed to Jaybird's gang.
Appearance
Dr. J appears to be a blue berry ice cream with a blue tinted waffle cone. He wears blue and teal high-top shoes with the letter "J" on them.
Personality
Dr. J seems to be very tough, and does not seem like the kind of guy who gives up without a fight.
