The Cream Puff Gentleman is a Candy Person. In the episode "Little Dude," Little Dude possesses him, causing him to become very strong. He is used as a weapon, punching a candy horse and smashing buildings.

Before Little Dude possessed him, he wore a suit, had a monocle, and wore a pink bowtie. When he was possessed, he ripped his suit, had a big muscular body, and his eyes turned green.

- Although he gained a muscular body in the episode "Little Dude", he is depicted in his original form again in the episode "Simon Petrikov". Apparently, he was restored by LSP's anti-elemental wave in "Skyhooks II".
