The Cosmic Elementals were the primordial versions of the Elementals, and beings with the power to manipulate reality itself. After taking over Ooo, they were eventually erased from reality by Penelope using the Blue Goop, resulting in a new timeline where they never existed.
History[]
At some point in the distant past, Lun betrayed the Cosmic Elementals, and ended up creating the Blade of the Defender, with the power to defeat the others.[1]
Janice Bizzlethatcher summoned Arklothac to Ooo during the lifetime of Finn the Human, during an incident that resulted in everyone forgetting how to make food. Finn ended up banishing Arklothac with the Blade of the Defender.[2]
Ng'Zot Aa was found by Neptr, and coerced the robot into allowing it to control reality for a short time. However, the Cosmic Slime Elemental was eventually subdued and trapped within a video game.[3]
Janice summoned Arklothac for a second time, and on this second attempt the Cosmic Candy Elemental freed the other two Elementals that remained on his side, Ng'zot Aa and Zon. [4] The Elementals wreaked havoc on Ooo for many years, while Finn, using an immortality potion made from Jake's life force, stayed alive into the distant future to find a hero able to defeat the Cosmic Elementals. Eventually, Finn found Penelope, his reincarnation, and gave her the Blade of the Defender. The two of them defeated the Cosmic Elementals, and, to prevent this apocalyptic future from ever occurring, put the Blade into the Blue Goop, erasing both the Cosmic Elementals, and as a result their timeline, from existence. Trivia[]
- It is unknown if a Cosmic Lumps Elemental exists, as the Cosmic Elementals storyline ended in February 2017, while the existence of the Lumps Element wasn't revealed until Skyhooks II, which aired in April 2017.
