The Cactus Creatures are first seen in Memories of Boom Boom Mountain. A Cactus declares the need to be pollinated, and Finn causes a chain of events that make this happen. Once pollinated, it buds and creates six more cactus creatures, which the Dragon uses to scratch it's itchy butt.
