Bebe is a TV remote control who appears in "BMO Noire." He is the owner of Bebe's, a dance club downtown. BMO accuses him of stealing Finn's sock after Lorraine points the finger at him. He and Lorraine were having an affair behind Ronnie's back and Ronnie kills him, by removing his batteries, out of jealousy.
However, there are hints in "BMO Noire" that the plot of the episode itself is nothing but a part of BMO's imagination. This would indicate that Bebe is just a regular remote controller and not a living one, though Neptr appears to have known who Bebe was by his surprised reaction when BMO tells him he was dead.
