The Back-Rubbing Ceremony is an annual event at the Royal Congressional Hall deep in the Bad Lands, that apparently entails mutual back-rubs. It is among the most sacred of all gatherings in the Land of Ooo. The event is distinguished for being the only time at which the royal tarts are served. Among the people who attend the back-rubbing ceremony are a lot of Backrubbers. In order to dissuade Finn and Jake from eating the tarts, Princess Bubblegum falsely tells them that she will be decapitated if the tarts are not delivered on time.
