This page is dedicated to nominating and in some cases, requesting user rights on the wiki. Users may be nominated by other users; however, you are only permitted to request bureaucrat and administrator rights if they are rollback. New administrators and chat moderators are needed as Adventure Time Wiki continues to expand, and per the passed rule that the community should take part in all promotions, this page will allow users to nominate users for these rights and allow community voting.

Voting for nominations will typically be closed after a week or manually-decided amount of time by an administrator, usually either when people have not voted for so long or the voting ratio is clear on the decision. If the nominator withdraws the nomination or the nominee declines, the voting will be closed immediately. Nominees will need to receive at least 10 supporters with no more than 5 opposers to receive their rights.

Requirements for rights

In order for voting to begin, keep in mind, if you are requesting anything but rollback rights or you are nominating a non-admin for bureaucrat rights, the voting will be closed. Also, in order to prevent bias, in order for voting to begin, the nominator must supply a minimum of two reasons why that user deserves the rights.

Also note that for the vote to yield a result, the user had to have accepted the request under the "Nominee Comments" section within the voting period.

To qualify for certain rights, that user must meet the respective requirements listed on the User Rights page.

Regulations of voting

• Keep your cool. RfRs occasionally host flame wars. Remember to not lose your cool when in an argument. You can openly disagree with others, but act maturely when doing so. Disrespecting other users can earn you a warning or a block and it makes your reputation suffer.
• Be descriptive. Please give some form of reasoning when voting. Leaving only a vote template and a signature is not recommended and does not help the consensus, as you are not telling why the nominee should or should not be an admin/bureaucrat.
• No self-nomination. While nominators can and should support another user they nominated, do not vote for yourself when you are the nominee.
