Yes i read it. Well she act a little bit weird in the hot to the touch but let's just consider that she is the one who took the fire down. And also she is imprisoned by her father for 14 years and that is the first time that she can go to other places. and also she doesn't know what she have done vecause she is a learner person (she didn't go to any school just the lamp her whole 14 years.) And also remember that she didn't know a lot of words (she calls the jake's fart and finn's burp magic air (ignition point episode)). But hey in the red throne she is helping her people. And also she is not going to be evil because 1st of all she qant trust and honesty of people to her. 2nd in the in the red throne episode she say THANK YOU TO URSULA when ursula gives her tea. So she's beginning to learn good morals and good words to say to people. YHANK YOU IF YOU READ IT COMPLETELY :D

Also the problem is FP thinks PB is evil (the cooler episode) and pb thinks fp is evil (burning low episode) the reason why flame princess thinks pb is evil is because princess bubblegum is spying every single person in ooo (including her). And on the other side pb thinks that flame princess is evil because flame princess can destroy the world (kiss). So in the newer episodes you can see that pb and fp are actually not enemies anymore since in the ending of the cooler they talk to each other and understand each other now (pb stops spying on people) and i think in the future episode fp will be stable forever so that she can be kissed without destroying the world :D.

Also, she matured and learnt a lot in the period when she was dating Finn. She's changed now. She grew up surrounded by evil people, and was taught to be evil, and so she couldn't distinguish between right and wrong. By The Red Throne episode, she has learnt to distinguish between them.
