Oh oh oh I thought of that before. I have a feeling that he is going to grow up but remain the same height with the lich as the skeleton of the big baby lool (like physically from fat baby to muscly kid but no growth spurt)...However, since Adventure Time can be very weird and unpredictable with so much random plot twists, I could be very wrong so I'm just going to call what I'm thinking a theory for now.

Nobody knows, except the producers. However, if I do put it out there; there has been several moments which display the Lich's presence still in Sweet P. Plus, the Cosmic Owl witnessed Tree Trunks dream of her opening a zipper of fleshly Material, which when opened revealed skulls and death. This may be a premonition dream alluding to tree trunks and Mr. Pig uncovering the truth about Sweet P. Who knows, maybe it will happen, maybe it won't? Tree Trunks and Mr. Pig are expendable, though. So it would be cool for this to be a future story line.:-)
